Policy
Any cancellation made within 12hours will be charged as 1 session. Cancellation can be made through the booking confirmation email sent or notify us via WhatsApp.
Trial rates are not applicable during June, July, August and December
Payments are to be made on every first session via cash, cheque, paynow or ibanking.
For any amount of sessions purchased, validity period is 6 months from date of payment.
Studio is closed during public holidays. The studio is also subject to close on certain dates with prior notices to all registered students.
Sessions are strictly by appointment only.
There are no refund policy. however sessions are transferable to a new member/friend within the 6 months validity period.
