Policy

• Trial rates are not applicable during June, July, August and December

• Payments are to be made on every first session via cash, cheque, paynow or ibanking.

• Studio is closed during public holidays. The studio is also subject to close on certain dates with prior notices to all registered students.

• Validity of the class package is 3 months for the 5-sessions package and 6 months for the 10-sessions package, starting from the date of the first class.

• Rescheduling and cancelation are subject to availability if done prior to the date of appointment (at least 12 hours in advance). for any absence, kindly call the studio for direct assistance.
